New Honda Click 125i - The Future of Scooters

Honda Philippines officially announces the introduction of New Honda Click 125i, dubbed as the “future of scooters” on February 21 at the Trinoma Activity Center.

Honda Philippines unveiled the state of the art Honda Click 125i or what they call the “Scooter of the Future.” Scooters are becoming popular in the market because it’s more practical and affordable than purchasing a car.

Elie Salamangkit Jr., Honda’s New Model & Accessory Development manager, tagged the Click 125i is the company’s answer to customers who are looking for super scooters. “The Click 125i is our answer to customers who are looking for Environmental friendly Super Sports Scooter with superior specification, unbeatable features and “futuristic” design. Fortunately for Philippine scooter market, we are not going to wait for the future, but the future will be now with the introduction of the New Click 125i eSP”, he said.

Here are the reasons why the Honda Click 125i is the scooter to consider when buying one for yourself:

* eSP (Enchanced Smart Power)
Enhanced Smart Power is the thing the set the scooter aprt from others. It’s an advance engine technology that combines high power and high fuel efficiency with a quiet start and smooth eco-friendly engine.

* PGM-FI System
The PGM-FI built-in Liquid cooled engine boasts of 8.40 kW (11.4PS) @8500 RPM maximum power and 11.16 N.m @6500 RPM maximum torque and delivers class leading fuel efficiency of 64.3 km/liter at 50kph or 58.9KM/liter under ECE R40 testing method. This system is a technology pioneered by Honda since the introduction of Honda CX500Turbo in 1982, the first Fuel Injected motorcycle in the world. And now it’s on a scooter!

* Idling Stop System
The Idling Stop System (ISS) of the Click 125i is one of the reasons for its fuel efficiency. Compared to the conventional engine which continuously consumes fuel once the engine is started, ISS eliminates wasteful fuel consumption by automatically switching the engine off after 3 seconds in traffic lights and other brief stops; and when you have to move all you have to do is just to twist the throttle to Start up and Go in less than a second. It delivers enhanced fuel-efficiency of up to 58.9 km/liter. Fuel-saving, Eco-friendly and easy on the budget.

* ACG Starter
The Honda ACG starter is exclusively developed for comfortable frequent operation of the idling Stop System. The engine is started via the same AC generator used to generate electricity and charge the battery while riding. This eliminates the need for a conventional starter motor, thus there are no reduction gears and gear meshing noises… just smooth, quiet starts.

* Combined Brake System
The “combi brake” balances braking the rear wheels and front optimally with just a squeeze of the left brake lever.

* Side-Stand Switch
In addition, the New Honda Click 125i eSP also features dependable Honda Safety and Security features like standard automatic Side Stand Switch where the engine does not start up when in the down position, and Brake Lock easily operated to prevent the motor jump when started or remains in the idle state when stopped on a hill.

* Bigger Tubeless Tires
The Honda Click 125i has bigger tubeless tires for better traction and more secure feeling and comfort compared to other brands.

* Magnetic Key Shutter
Another excellent feature of the new Honda scooter is the ever reliable safety magnetic key which effectively prevents theft.

* Largest Luggage Capacity
The New Honda Click 125i eSP also has the largest luggage capacity in its class at 18 liters which is capable of storing a full-face helmet.

* Futuristic Design with LCD Meter Panel
The Honda Click 125i is designed with an aggressive and sporty exteriors that projects a “slim and sharp” image. Complementing the futuristic design of this scooter is the Trendsetter LCD Meter Panel.

* Dual Keen Eyes LED Headlight
The Click 125i’s Dual Keen Eyes LED Headlight projects a commanding “Night-Face-Image”. The LED headlight provides a better advantage for the rider through 80% higher light intensity, 80% more efficient power consumption, and longer lifetime.

* Low-Friction/Excellent Combustion Efficiency
Finally, the adoption of a wide range of low-friction technologies and excellent combustion of this engine ensures Click 125i’s better fuel efficiency and better total all-around performance.

The All New Honda Click 125i is now available in 3 premium colors: Pearl Horizon White, Asteroid Black Metallic and Candy Rosy Red. Each unit is being sold for a reasonable price of SRP PhP 87,900.00 inclusive of Honda Genuine Accessories in selected Honda 3S shops.

Baby Amarah's First Picture Revealed by her Mom Cristine Reyes

Today Cristine Reyes show to the social media world the first photo of her baby "Amarah".

By @queencristinereyes IG post: "Meet Amarah👼 February 8th, Sunday our Amarah finally came to see it. She really was such

a wonderful blessing. 💖 I Fought for 2 weeks to hold her in. I've been put on total bed rest and

wasn't able to sit, move and stand.  Was on Heavy medication on my birthday

and spent the day knocked out. I was Monitored every two hours for  awhile.

I was In and out of the delivery room. But then, time has come that Amarah

wanted to see the world, in which, none can control.

That feeling of love was instantaneously.❤️ However, she came a little too early than expected and now in need of

critical care and assistance. It's hard to see her handled by different

people in the NICU. I just hope and pray that she's well taken cared for. I

realized that no one can't beat the loving and tender care of a mother. Just

got a little apprehensive when I learned that there was a one person visitor

policy. It breaks my heart at the time when Ali and I have to leave the

hospital without her in our arms. It's sad but we have to be strong. We've

been fighting for our little angel and now she has to fight this alone.

If it were in my hands, I'd love for my daughter to reach full term. I did

everything to make sure that she was healthy - I read books, seek advice

from my in-laws, family, friends and professionals to make sure all was

well.

I just don't think it's fair when people judge me and saying that it was my

fault.  I plan to disregard NEGATIVITY in my life. My only priority right

now is our little fighter. I actually don't really need to explain myself.☺️ Our baby is getting stronger everyday and we will be with her throughout the

fight. She's our wonderful blessing. She will win this battle like a champ

just like her father. My family and friends will be praying for our Amarah. 😇 Her Dad and I loves her so much!👼 #Family #Ali #Ariane #Amarah #Blessed" via @PhotoRepost_app

Brad Go Launches His Debut Album "The Hush Project"

Filipino-American singer-songwriter Brad Go launched his debut album, The Hush Project, at an intimate gathering of social media practitioners last Thursday, Feb.5 at Bruce Lim Rustique Kitchen where he performed select cuts from the self-penned and self-produced album, including the new single “I Want You Now.”

Released through MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines), The Hush Project is the culmination of Brad's trip around the world in search of the most compelling and unique real-life love stories. The journey began in New York, where he met a girl on a rainy Wednesday evening in September, 2012. Offering his umbrella to the rain-soaked stranger, Brad unwittingly set in motion a series of romantic events, both exhilarating and tragic, that would lead to the creation of the blog, Have U Seen Her, and eventually The Hush Project. (HUSH is an acronym for “Have U Seen Her.”)

Inspired by his own love story—a story that started like a fairy tale but ended without the “happily ever after”—Brad came up with a crazy idea. He would travel the world, talk to people about love and their love stories, and write songs about them. He started a Kickstarter campaign that raised over $10,000, thus giving him the opportunity to embark on his mission.

“If something like this could happen to me in New York, there must be countless stories across the globe that no one has ever heard,” says the 28-year-old musician. His goal was to tell those stories.

Brad went to Barcelona, Tokyo, Melbourne, Singapore, Palermo, Berlin, Manila and Paris, and came back with eight original compositions, namely “All Along,” “I Want You Now,” “It's You,” “Follow Through,” “Firestarter,” “Feel This Way,” “Love Is Love” and “Time Machine.” The trip is documented in the form of vlogs, which are published on Brad's YouTube channel, youtube.com/bradgofilm.

The eight songs, with the addition of the bonus track “Carry You Home,” make up The Hush Project. The album is a mix of romantic ballads, torches and mid-tempo jams that are decidedly pop rock in form, mostly structured around guitar-driven melodies and rousing progressions.

The Hush Project has such an intriguing concept and fresh sound that upon hearing about it, MCA Music immediately committed to distributing the album, setting a Philippine release date of February 2, 2015. Impressed by Brad's songwriting, label executives commissioned him to write a song for another MCA artist, “The Total Performer” Darren Espanto. The result is “Makin' Moves,” which appears on the album, Darren.

 The Hush Project Track Listing:

1. All Along (BARCELONA)
2. I Want You Now (TOKYO)
3. It's You (MELBOURNE)
4. Follow Through (SINGAPORE)
5. Firestarter (PALERMO)
6. Feel This Way (BERLIN)
7. Love Is Love (MANILA)
8. Time Machine (PARIS)
9. Carry You Home (BONUS TRACK)

Brad is scheduled to perform at the Roofdeck Bistro (Examiner St., Quezon City) on February 6 (10 p.m.), Chef Arch's Lime 88 (Plainview, Mandaluyong City) on February 13 (9 p.m.), Bruce Lim's Rustique Kitchen (Arnaiz Ave., Makati City) on February 14 (7 p.m.), and Lucky Chinatown Mall on February 21 (3 p.m.).

Catch Brad live on Energy FM 106.7's Eat All You Ken on February 10 (6 to 9 a.m.) and Mellow 94.7's The Wake Up Show on February 11 (8 to 10 a.m.). He previously appeared on Wave 89.1's Funny Side Up on January 30.

The Hush Project is available at Astro Plus and Odyssey record bars and online at iTunes, Spinnr, Deezer and Spotify.
